WASHINGTON, March 9 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans Inc. announced today that Jim Pattison will be the recipient of the 2004 Horatio Alger International Award at ceremonies scheduled at the United States Department of State on Friday, April 16.
