WASHINGTON, June 13 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Forty-seven high school seniors from across Delaware have been named as Horatio Alger Delaware Scholars and will each receive a $2,500 college scholarship. These students provide an inspiring example of Delaware's youth, having already demonstrated a desire to accomplish their goals, even in the face of adversity.
