Stringfellows club in London may have to pay out [pounds sterling]1 million to the family of an Avon Dassett man who was killed by one of the club's bouncers.

Amateur boxer Marcus Marriott floored 21-stone marketing executive George Macdonald after he was thrown out of the West End lap dancing club in October 2004. The father of two fractured his skull and died minutes later.

Marriott was jailed for three years in February 2006 after being found guilty of manslaughter.
