The Robert Frost Poetry festival, now in its 13th year, is becoming more expansive by offering innovative events such as a poetry slam and a night of visual poetry - art works that express poetic feeling via photos, wood, clay, performance, spoken word and painting. Some of the local artists participating in the visual poetry show/event include Marky Pierson, Lisa Esposito, Janet Mueller, Eric Anfinson, Richard Watherwax, Kat Garratt, Giovanni Novara, Kimberly Narenkivicius and Anja Marais.
