"Il Postino" ("The Postman") at the Tropic Cinema
Celebrate poetry on canvas, on stage and on screen today, April 21, at the Tropic Cinema, 416 Eaton St. The evening of poetry begins at 7:30 p.m. and the $20 admission includes an art show, poetry readings, dance performance and film with a champagne and chocolate reception.
There are 14 artists in all that will be expressing their interpretation of words and poetry through painting, mixed media construction, pottery, photography, poetry and dance.
