been elected to the Railroad Commission. The League has two bribed
representatives on the Commission, and has given them instructions to resist
the railroad's land takeover and to regulate the wheat rates in favor of the
farmers. Progress of the League through the winter is described. The United
States Circuit Court is about to hand down a decision on a case testing the
