Darwin academic Bill Wilson believes the marginal seat of Solomon will be decided by preference votes from minor parties. Wilson, lecturer in politics at Charles Darwin University, said the Australian Democrats and the Greens held the key to Australia's most marginal seat, based on Darwin and Palmerston. David Tollner holds Solomon for the Country Liberal Party by just 88 votes.
