Let's call this one yet another reason why you don't want to end up behind bars in Wisconsin.

Beginning next month, a new policy will go into effect calling for the total banning of cassette recorders and tapes for all the inmates in the Wisconsin prison system. Which means no inmate will be allowed to have personal tapes in his or her possession. No music, no inspirational speeches, no religious messages; nothing.
