In a strategy to capitalize on the strong New York City real estate market, Cushman & Wakefield announced that New York Medical College has sold 206 East 95th St., a 46,000 s/f apartment building on New York's Upper East Side.

New York Medical College was represented on the sale by Cushman & Wakefield investment sales professionals Jon Epstein, Charles Kingsley, Yoav Oelsner and Glenn Tolchin.
