NEW HAVEN -- The Arts Council of Greater New Haven has named Dorcas Blue, Mary Lou Cummings, Lois De Lise and Josh Mamis to its board, which will be presided over by Charles Kingsley, a partner at the law firm of Wiggin & Dana. "We are extremely excited to welcome these four new members to our board," said Cynthia Clair, executive director of the Arts Council. "The talent and diversity of ideas and opinions they bring will be a tremendous asset to our organization and to our thriving arts community."
