WHILE our neighbors are working overtime, including weekends, we in the Philippines are wasting precious time on political "zarzuela," endless investigations in aid of legislation, which latter has been totally debased, and too frequent public holidays and long weekends, to the prejudice of daily wage workers and piece workers.
