Go ahead. Vote "no" today. It's fun and it's a lot easier than making an intelligent choice among competing candidates for office. In "The Devil's Dictionary," satirist Ambrose Bierce defined "vote" as "the instrument and symbol of a freeman's power to make a fool of himself and a wreck of his country."
Vote "no" to retain judges with experience, integrity, diligence and outstanding legal ability -- not because they should be removed from the bench but because this way you can vent, show your mean spirit or "send a message."
But to whom? Throwing quality judges "under the bus" will not cause ...
