The Aristotle Corporation (NASDAQ: ARTL; ARTLP) announced today that it has acquired Haan Crafts Corporation.

Located in Otterbein, Indiana, Haan Crafts is a manufacturer and catalog distributor of sewing kits used in the middle school and junior high school Family and Consumer Science classroom. Aristotle anticipates that the business operations of Haan Crafts will continue from its current location, and be directed by the existing management.
