STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Aristotle Corporation (NASDAQ: ARTL; ARTLP) announced today its results of operations for the quarter and calendar year ended December 31, 2005.

Fourth Quarter and Calendar Year 2005 Results

For the three months ended December 31, 2005, net sales increased 5.9 to $38.2 million from $36.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2004, and earnings before income taxes increased 36.6 to $4.1 million from $3.0 million.
