STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 7, 2002

The Aristotle Corporation (NASDAQ: ARTL) (NASDAQ: ARTLP) today announced the second quarterly financial report following its June 17, 2002 merger with Nasco International, Inc. Since the transaction was accounted for as a reverse merger, the historical financial information is that of Nasco, and Aristotle has adopted Nasco's fiscal year-end of December 31.

For the three months ended September 30, 2002, revenue increased 5.2% to $55.5 million from $52.7 million for the third quarter of 2001. Net income ...
