STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Aristotle Corporation (Nasdaq: ARTL; ARTLP) announced today that John J. Crawford has informed the Board of Directors that he will retire as an officer of the Company at the end of the year. Mr. Crawford will remain as a member of the Board and of the Executive Committee, which will be responsible for the supervision of the Company. Steven B. Lapin will continue as President and Chief Operating Officer of Aristotle.
