La aventura empezó hace 12 años en la calle de Anatole France, Polanco. Con unos cuantos cuadros y muchas ganas, Oscar Román abrió su propia galería en una iniciativa que es celebrada con la exposición Castas Contemporáneas.
En esta muestra se retoma el tema del Siglo 18, para abordar con los lenguajes contemporáneos las uniones entre personas de distintos grupos sociales, como un ejercicio plástico donde se representan la unión familiar, amorosa, temporal, casual o azarosa, del pasado y el presente.
