WE'VE all heard the story of the tortoise and the hare - Aesop's most
famed fable when we were little kids.

Stories about animals somehow relate well to humans and we remember
them for a very long time.

With this on their minds, McCann and Stewart, the authors, who're both
consultants in team development, used animal stories linked with fictional
case studies to illustrate common management problems and suggest sensible
solutions.
