Number 2, because the option of choosing it is still there
For I have known them all already, known them all:
Have known the evenings, mornings, afternoons,
    I have measured out my life with coffee spoons;
I know the voices dying with a dying fall
Beneath the music from a farther room.

    So how should I presume?

    And the winner is . . . . . .. . . . . . .. . . . ...... . . . ..... . Heathcliff! I have two dogs: one Beagle and a Beagle/Jack Russel mix.

    You're up, Heathcliff.

Thought so, two is perfect number for animals to stay together.

    1. I have gone to a French Horn grading before
    2. My music teacher convinced me to try yellow nectarines
    3. I have never consciously worn a pair of odd socks
    4. I've never owned an apron
    5. The light in my room always needs replacing less often than everyone else's

Just to help out, I'll say 2
I am the music floating free, I am the puppet trapped in the box... I am the cascades flowing tranquilly, I am the lava bursting from the mouth of the volcano... I am the rose blooming in a winter storm, I am the frost-bite on your finger in June... I am knowledge, I am ignorance... I am full of likenesses, I am full of contradictions.

Winner is Comedian - number 3.
I have never consciously worn a pair of odd socks. All of my socks are of similar colours so I can't do it in protest of conformity, I'd just look a little off.
Also it isn't in my power to.

    Comedian's turn!!

    Ahem! To restart the game...
Among the books I got in yesterday from amazon.com were the following books:

    1) Who Fears the Devil?
    2) HP Lovecraft's The Dunwitch Horror
    3) Sherlock Holmes and the King's Evil
    4) The Expanded Devil's Dictionary
    5) The Phantom Detective Companion

Only one is true, remember, the rest are false...

    Good Luck...
