    30kmph winds can't really be the equivalent of sticking your head out of the window of a car going at 30kmph...

    Well, maybe. But there must be many more contributing factors that would make that method of finding out inefficient...
    For I have known them all already, known them all:
    Have known the evenings, mornings, afternoons,
    I have measured out my life with coffee spoons;
