Ah, Time! Who says you are a healer?
The stag will die till the grass grows!
As bright as a rose a heart that was
wilt it will with Time’s deadly woes.
Like the Wall of Berlin Time separates
Hearts two in love desperate
It’s Time again that fells that wall
and happily graces lovers’ fate.

Some very evocative images here - but I felt the 'Berlin Wall' reference was misplaced in the context of such a subtle piece of poetry, much as I appreciate the image you were intending to convey.
But this is just my own opinion of course, one of many.....
