    Dull

In my humble opinion, a very dull, uninspiring book. Not enough excitement, no page-turning action, nothing, really. I, personally, hated the book with all o my heart. One word to describe it: boring.

    Disagree :)

Awww...It's a shame to hear you say that, I absolutely adore Sherlock Holmes, and this in fact is my favourite one
Have you read any other Sherlock Holmes? This is not perhaps the best one to read first seeing as Holmes isn't in as much as the other Holmes stories.
Hound of the Baskervilles is really a good novel. The mystery and intrigue is outstanding. It can even give some people the chills, the idea of the moors, and the strange dog, and the deaths etc.
Also, it gives us more time to see what Watson is like and how he copes with the case without Holmes.
