    I didn't hate the old man

    Hallo there.
    Does anyone knows who is the author of this verse:

    I did not hate the old man, but his grey eye,
    That I hated,
    In that night there were heigh waters in Fricko.
    And so gently, so gently,
    I strangled him to death.
