I cycled to town and back home. Then I cycled to the old Autie's who lives a mile or so away. I then broke up her plum tree that had rotted through and fallen over. Great plums too. The I cycled home. I also walked the dog thrice.

A short 30 min bicycle ride. I added a new rear rack and I think I unadjusted my brakes in the process. During my ride it felt like I had a flat, it never occured to me to check the brake clearance until I got most of the way home, sure enough my left brake was rubbing against the wheel.

Looking at the bright side, your legs are now a tad stronger, and if you have a little overweight on you, it's a tad less strong now. Hence, the flatter the merrier

Just spent an hour at the gym. My work out today was rowing maching, leg curls, chin ups, treadmill, and abs workout.

Yeah but it would have been even better if it was a 60 minute ride, no?

    True that!

Moreover, when one is not used to doing exercise, the cramps resulting from overly forced activities can be quite disabling, especially after the muscles and tendons have lost temperature.

Every physical activity counts, regardless of how small it may seem

Keeping fit? Oh, no, my dear. No. It takes everything I've got just to keep myself from having a fit.

Gym night again. One hour; this time, eliptical ski machine, a series of medicine ball exercises, pull ups, treadmill, abs workout. Whoo, did it feel good.

    Lightbulb

Nothing yet, as I just got out of bed, but we shall see what today brings. I have been keeping a low profile lately due to a stubborn cold, but now it feels like I could get cracking again.
