Short bike ride, I was intending on a nice long ride today but it was feeling it so I cut it a little short.

    Today I haven't done anything to keep fit - it's a lazy day - too hot outside, over 30 C (90 F) degrees.

I went for a walk early in the morning and fetched pockets of skimmed milk, ran to a temple in the middle of a forest, hook myself to the surrounding with monkeys and dears. I got stuck there dumfounded at the beauty of the big trees outliving several generations of men and returned home afresh to write a poem on them

“Those who seek to satisfy the mind of man by hampering it with ceremonies and music and affecting charity and devotion have lost their original nature””

“If water derives lucidity from stillness, how much more the faculties of the mind! The mind of the sage, being in repose, becomes the mirror of the universe, the speculum of all creation.

    Tai chi.

And, come to think of it, sauna might be good for health (certainly is for hygiene) but that's not quite the reason I went there.
If you believe even a half of this post, you are severely mistaken.

Sauna is good for detoxification your body, it's so hot here that we don't need to go to sauna to get soak wet of sweating.

I didn't suffer from the heat in Cyprus as much as I suffer here in Hungary this summer.
