Comedian, you are a man after my own heart - Mr Fix-its for me all the way, charm wears thin after a while.

So, 2/3 of us long for the Knight in Shining Armour?

Which proves that ladies still yearn for that strong presence that makes them feel protected

    Protected from or by?

The line gets rather blurred at times, I feel.

Unfortunately it's true. Often, when there's a need for a man, a male shows up

Both knights and princes are kind of boring, now that I think about it.

What most girls really want is a villian.

The doctors didn't know if my eyes would ever heal."

The outcome of certain events throughout human history suggests that Juniper has a point.

Speak for yourself! I'm content with my Knight.

    I agree.

I have never seen the attraction of a villain; what's more, I find the "noble" qualities of a "knight" endearing beyond words... Those and a little geekiness!

    The geekiness is a necessity.

Well, there are people with all sorts of tendencies. Like those who prefer being beaten instead of a respectful treatment. And I'm not talking necessarily about physical beating. For example, I have an uncle who has admitted that he has lived in some kind of a constant hell since the day he got married, talking about his family and how they treat him, but he insists on staying with them under the same roof, after all the alleged humiliations, even after my aunts have given him the option to move to their house. He has an option to be rescued, and I'm not sure, but maybe he's a masochist and doesn't really want some respect for himself in his final years.

Then it really is time we met - I'll be coming through your town tomorrow, so just lean out of your palace window and wave to the one who looks like the White Knight in Alice.

    Voices mysterious far and near,
Sound of the wind and sound of the sea,
Are calling and whispering in my ear,
    Whifflingpin! Why stayest thou here?

Well I passed through your town, but alas, there were no delicate handkerchiefs fluttering from palace windows, so maybe another time?

Fair enough Sure I want the knight, but I would prefer the armor be black or a bit dented. I've always loved the bad boy who's just good enough to make it work. Then again, I found mine a long time ago so I'm not looking for anyone to come a sweep me off my feet
