Hello Everyone and Hope you are all well!!
I'm hopeing someone can help me here...I'm searching for a poem for my Grand mother of 93 and it's called 'Twilight' not sure when it was written but I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the 'Vampire' movies!
She did say she found it in a little book (no title) and she recited to me of what she could remember of it....and here it is....
death will come at even tide,
and lead me through a door that opens wide
into a land of everlasting sun,
with beauty such i have never known
with fairy island all ablaze of flowers
????????????????
????????????????
a mystic mansion man has never seen
dazzling city ** **, then longer feel alone
to see at last the face of devine
to know this love forever will be mine
that dear land of sweet eternal peace
a land where sorrow sleeps
I would greatly appreciate any help on this and i look forward to any responses you have ,
Thank you.
