At least I'll rather talk about sofas than vacuum cleaners

LOL I don't mind what we talk about. I just find it odd about the transition, but speaking of...my sofa is nice and comfy. How about yours...

Isn't that just how girl talk goes? Moving from subject to subject

My sofa isn't that comfortable. I must admit I use it more for collecting piles of stuff (clothes, books, paper) on it rather than sitting on it...

This is very true. I don't tend to pile things on my couch its far to comfy for that...

I'm having issues. I'm on a shoe buying binge and there are so many cute pairs. I've bought these

    and these

both in the last week. It's like I can't help myself.

The first pair are cute, but I dislike the second pair intensely.

While I like both pairs of shoes that you bought, I could not see myself walking in these or even standing in them for that matter. Just give me a nice comfy pair of walking shoes or sneakers and my cowboy boots and I'm a happy camper.

Ah, Niamh I'm so excited for you! Decorating is so much fun! Can't wait to see photos!

Love the peep-toes, Meg. I'm not a fan of the platform, but I'd be willing to overlook that small detail. They're cute. The other pair are what my friends and I call "bondage shoes" . Have to say, I really dislike them. Are they anything close to comfortable?

I'm in the minority, I kinda dig the second pair. I bet they would be really cute with jeans.

Yuck. Did you fish it out? When I drop stuff in the toilet, I usually just consider it lost.

Aww Niamh that sucks! It's not the worst though- my riding coach once lost her cell phone in a porta-potty at a horse show. And she fished it out. Eww.
