That would be a natural move... provided they don't bite

When among strangers, sleeping has less priority ...

    I'd rather live.
For I have known them all already, known them all:
Have known the evenings, mornings, afternoons,
    I have measured out my life with coffee spoons;
I know the voices dying with a dying fall
Beneath the music from a farther room.

    So how should I presume?

Not too much, there isn't much in this world that scares me. Dolls do a bit, they just creep me out

As for something a bit more serious, I would have to say my biggest fear is failure. I'm kind of your classic over achiever type, and the idea of not making something that I put my mind to happen just terrifies me.

I know entirely what you mean. Especially in the dark afeter seeing a scary movie about them. Their lifeless eyes... I am beyond frightened of ventriloquist dummies. Also I don't like clowns either.

Agreed a hundred percent. So when you aren't sure of something you take it as a big joke. That's what I do.

Unfortunately (maybe) for me I'm not an over-achiever as I used to be like a decade ago, but I often experience the horrors of failure more times than wanted or needed (maybe because I'm not an over-achiever anymore). Either way, be it an over-achiever or not, failure is always there to give one the worst creeps, I believe.

When you see something human-like, not alive, the feeling that it may gather a life of its own is quite

Well, when you mess it up, you could just as well say you weren't trying. Spares a little humiliation. And then if you succeed you look like a genius.

Like how I'm not cool, calm and collected; I stress about everything, except emergency situations. However I have a lot more fun playing games.

Sounds like a very well warmed-up method

Good question. I love to cook and I use small knives for cooking and whatnot, so I don't necessarily avoid the kitchen unless big butcher knives are involved.

I, on the other hand, have never feared a knife. I love them all in every shape and possible size, even more when they are big, and swords even more than knives, but I understand the feeling. It's quite scary to see what happens if you have an accident by handling them.

I do not fear knives, I don't think. However I'm paranoid about knife safety.
I think my mum drilled it into me.

I like katanas especially, they look awesome.

    Question

Don't know if it has a formal name but I've got a phobia of holding and sucking ice lolly sticks. Makes me gag. Weird or more common than I think?

    Safety is always healthy.

Me too. Like I could use one right now for beheading purposes

Maybe that's something like a repulsion. I think a phobia would be a more serious condition. Not sure though.

Ouchy. Remind me not to get on your bad side.

    I like looking at them.
