no. he does not. the absent (and dead) pirate captain is named Flint. Captain Kidd was an actual privateer. i think there is a cove named after him, mentioned in the book but thats the long and the short of it

Yes, he does appear! I don't know exactly what chapter, but I think it is either chapter 18 or 19. It isn't higher than 21 or less than 10 though. Sorry I couldn't give you the exact page.
Does Captain Kidd actually appear in Treasure Island? I'm doing some research and I need an answer.
