Hello everyone, I've been looking for a poem or short story (can't remember what form it took) that I had studied in High School. I wish to use it in a essay for one of my English classes but can't remember the name of the work. If someone could help me out that would be wonderful.
What I remember:
-a man is eating a meal at a restaurant
-he's at a table for two
-he see's death with him, and talks to him (I think)
-no one else see's death
-in the end everyone else can see Death (implying the man died)
-but they all go back to what they were doing before
Thats all I can remember, hopefully someone knows what I am talking about.
