I hope this shows up. The version I have has his name listed as:
Лев Николаевич
I would tend to pronounce it as Lev, or actually Lyev, from
Л (L as in lamb)
е (ye as in yet)
в (v as in victory)
J
Lev is to Lyova as John to Johnny, or Alexey to Alyosha.
