    Hi,

he is an amazing poet. I still remember a few lines from his poem The Solitary Reaper. They are:

The music in my heart I bore,
Long after it was heard no more....

My introduction to English literature came thru Wordsworth, and I still remember some of his poems, the first one I have read of him was Lucy Gray, about a country girl who happened to come across the poet in her perfect simplicity and plainness. The poet fed up with the hustle and bustle of the city he lived in and took an outing to the country side and came upon the rustic girl in his imagination

“Those who seek to satisfy the mind of man by hampering it with ceremonies and music and affecting charity and devotion have lost their original nature””

“If water derives lucidity from stillness, how much more the faculties of the mind! The mind of the sage, being in repose, becomes the mirror of the universe, the speculum of all creation.
