Looking for a love poem

Hey everyone - I was hoping you might be able to help me.

I recently got engaged and I'm looking for a poem I vaguely remember from my childhood that could be used for a wedding reading. However, I recall very little about it.

I'm fairly certain it was a "classic" and that the title was something like 'What is love?' The poem runs with several medieval characters answering the question - I think there was a Fool/Jester in there, and possibly a princess/knight.

As I said, I remember very little about it, but if anyone has any suggestions, they would be most appreciated.

I do like 'How do I love Thee?', and I must admit that 'To His Coy Mistress' is one of my favourite love poems, but might not go down too well with my parents.

I hadn't read 'The Passionate Shepherd to His Love' before and it's a sweet one. However, this reading will probably be by my brother, and that might be just a little bit wrong.
