This book is simply one of the best I've ever read... very touching and breathtaking. I chose it for an ISP of mine to do last year and I'm glad I did. It was a wonderful experience to be a part of the Opera =) My favourite character would be Erik and his role is astoundingly amazing. His really calm death added much to his character, I would say. Reeally reallllyyy touched me in many ways and showed me a thing or two in my own life =) But then again that's all us ppl today need to realise stuff.. cuz it's already in our own mind, we just dont realise it yet heh. Aanyways, before I go off on a tangent here... I'm out ,but yeah MARVELOUS BOOK!!! =)

Awesome book! A lot of us connect with Erik on some level or another.
