medium = message

    After reading all the remarks about Siddhartha - it is assuring to know that many others share my own celebration of this novel. It is a classic and whilst preparing to train as a English teacher in the near future, I will insist on this book being placed on all of my course lists.

Another thing that I do not think has been mentioned is that whilst reading the book one can see their own method of the reading process mirrored by Siddhartha’s own questioning with in his journey. For example it may be boring in places and no doubt the reader will question the books narrative, why is he doing this? How does it relate to....? Well whilst Siddhartha is also questioning his actions and where and why he is going in this direction, the reader also question the process, where is the narrative heading etc? It is at the end of the story that Siddhartha’s realisation occurs and we have a similar excitement. A unique book - the medium has truly captured the message in this work!!
It's all about self journey and self thought.
    One of the most outstanding RESONATING affects, was the knowledge of words being one dimensional.

    THAT in itself, gave me peace.
