Dates? Who the heck is Dates? And by the way, you got a little run-on sentence there, don't you? Are you scared of a 500-page book? Amateur. But it was a good book, wasn't it?

Belated congratulations on your read. I got an appetite for the book
(complete & unabridged 875 pages, small print) from watching the films
even so having read the book and being a purist, and a little romantic,
the films leave me disapointed.

I thought the book was good, I had to read it during the summer for my high school and I at first was scared to pick up a 500 page book. But i did it and I enjoyed the story behind it and also when Dates talks about god after he figures himself out.
