    Yes, it is quite hard to read as I'm reading it with my class at school. It can also take a little while to get into it but it then it gets really exciting. We're only up to Chapter 22 as a class but I'm sure its going to be a whole deal more fun reading over the next few months.

    It can be difficult for a modern reader to focus on the story, with its archaic language and complex storytelling, but once you gain sufficient momentum, the story, characters and immersive world that Scott creates washes over you, and you are compelled to read more and more, until the last page is turned. This book has enriched me as a person, though my GPA may have suffered slightly thanks to a late physics assignment or three.
