    it is not that confusing. Anthony is very hypocritical, he has a splilt personality. So for example in act one scene one he is madly in love and choses to forget Rome, this is the anthony who is so in love he cant think. Then in act oner scene two Antony becomes the man who must do his duty.

    there are many ways to view life, and there are two sides of anyones personality so of course when we look at antony in detail, we see a complex, multi-faceted individual. due to the plays grandeur, antonys struggle between two values and two worlds is magnified.

    part of the story makes sense but the other part doesnt there are two antonys and they confuse me
