Monte Cristo tattoo

I have been trying to think of a suitable tattoo inspired by this book, any suggestions?

Cristo's crest has been my first choice but I have not been able to find any visual representations of it. Is anyone aware of any illustrations of it?

I can not help you - I can not recall any illustrations in the book and the only visualisations that come to mind are from the movies When I googled the bookcovers I see mostly the face of a count... or water and a boat. I guess the possibilities are endless - it's really just what you want to take from the book.

Maybe something with the number 34? And driftwood? Maybe the logo of a mercedes car (Joking).

Or, as it is a book - you might want to go for a quote?

Cristo's crest has a boat on water surrounded by a shield I believe. I started a photoshop rendition of what it would look like using existing shield and boat/water imagery, it looks okay but I haven't looked at it in a long time.
