As part of my GCSE English coursework, I have studied and examined this play in much refined detail. I believe, in my own rights, that Romeo and Juliet was not written as a mere photogenic play of its kinds, but as a specially crafted episode of love, hatred, greed, torment and tragedy rolled into one spectacular piece of writing.<br>On the whole, the play has to be the most famous love story ever invented, and I have to agree. The characters are evolved step-by-step, the story unflods as a much realistic verse, and each scene has been invented to such a high standard, this makes you believe as though you are actually listening to a real-life tragedy: the play is so realistic.<br>I have to praise Shakespeare for his poetic talent also, where there are beautiful verses found within text. So well done to him, I much enjoyed studying this truly sensational play.
