cobwebs, my sister in law sang it in a song contest. not the best song I've heard but it always stays in my head for days if I hear it..

    Tides like the heartbeat
    that break on my shore,
where the sea and the land meet
    I memories store.
Our lust time, our lost time,
    neither we chose.
The best time, the last time
    I held you so close.

    It´s over and done with
    the love that we knew.
    The cobwebs we spun with
    are beaded with dew.
I kiss you, I miss you,
    for you I adore.
I love you, I leave you
    I´ll see you no more.

Even if you don't like metal, listen to that drumming. He isn't triggering, his feet are that fast.

Yeah, but you gotta admit the drumming is pretty insane. Tim Yeung used to drum for Nile, actually.

I like Meshuggah, I didn't know they had something out from 2008, I'm going to have to look into that. I like Nile's instrumentation, but I'm not a big fan of the growling, but in their case the music sounds good enough to possibly overshadow that.

You ever heard of Opeth? They are my favorite band right now. Love the mix of melodic death metal and mellow acoustic interludes.

I'm weary with right-angles, abbreviated daylight,
Waiting for a winter to be done.
Why do I still see you in every mirrored window,
In all that I could never overcome?
