Persuasion seems to be the one we'll be reading

I'll compile the order of which we'll be reading the others in once the poll closes.

Makes no difference to me what we read first, but I'm in!
I'm weary with right-angles, abbreviated daylight,
Waiting for a winter to be done.
Why do I still see you in every mirrored window,
In all that I could never overcome?

Yeah and as soon as the poll closes you should make a thread for Persuasion so we can write our impressions, etc as we read. (Assuming that that is the winner, obviously.)

Once the poll closes i'll create a thread about whatever book is chosen and link it back to this thread for new comers. Both this thread and the following thread will have a list of the others we will gradually read.

You guys don't have to accomodate me. You don't have to read Persuasion first. It was just part of the book club earlier this year, and because I'm behind it's only now next on my reading list. I will read persuasion, but you guys can read something else if you want.

Its winning anyway, and as i didnt really get to participate in the bookclub i'll do it here. Personally, I'd rather save it till last. it is the best after all

Persuasion is the only one of her books I have made it past page 50 of.
There once was a scotsman named Drew
Who put too much wine in his stew
    He felt a bit drunk
    And fell off his bunk
And landed smack into his shoe

Yeah, but after page 50 is where they all start to get good.

I'll join in on Persuasion too, I've only read P&P and S&S so far, and have the rest, and want to get to them. This will give me the push I need.
