My Day Late Friend.

So.. Now I wonder;

So let me get this straight;

You tell me now that you loved me all along;

What made you hesitate;

To tell me with words what you really feel;

I can see it burning in your eyes;

You mean all of what you say.



But what do I do now;

I remember so long ago, see I felt the same way;

Now we both have separate lives and lovers.



What can I say;

We are who we were when;

Could’ve been lovers but atleast you’re still my Day Late Friend!

I can't help, but miss you.

Damn, your pretty;

But I know and you know, you’re worth more than that to me;

But to remain embraced by something stronger then me,

warmer than me, better than me;

Is more suitable to best accommodate your needs.



Yet again;

They steal you from me, yet again;

To destroy everything important to me;

To assure you forgot about me.

As Years pass and seasons change.

I never expected it to arrive and come so soon;

But as days, months, and time passed;

It came the day, to say goodbye;

The time to turn your back and walk away.



Why couldn’t you tell me to my face;

Instead of hiding, until I lost faith;

Don’t you know a heart gets broken as a life gets set free;

And all I asked was love me;

But you couldn’t even do that.



As the years passed, and seasons changed and I waited;

Soon after was the pain of it all;

That would never reach you.



You’ve gotten over me;

But it seems i’ll never get over you;

The impact you’ve had on me, has been one in a life time;

I something to pass the time, but for now;

I hope you can hear me, as I cry;

I love you and goodbye!

Life, Love, then Death.

I’m confused and scared, there is a big decision made with this choice;

He puts his life in her hands, and then she destroys it;

You should of thought about it before you ruined it;

You kill, you destroy.

Never again will I be able to experience love the same;

Nor can I forget about you.

You made a choice to take my life away because it is a burden in your hands;

So, a burden in your hands;

Destroyed out of convenience!

When shall I sleep forever.

Well heres the thing;

I thought you’d come back;

At least I prayed for the day;

But our romance has been dead for months on end;

But i’ve been to afraid, to dig that grave;

Then relief, support, never came.



Now these memories, carry me through these painful days;

I’ll just close my eyes for tonight;

But when she wakes.



The flashbacks that play through my mind;

Remembering the days, you help me survive;

Now it is just, every day is a re-run of the next;

I promised, that I would stay by your side, but that would all change;

I cant complain, Im just not worthy, I guess;

Im just another victim of the so called game.



Maybe love will find us again, in the end;

For there is always tomorrow;

Sincerely ’til the end;

And it can’t get any worse then this;

I am a oh so sorry excuse for a ****ing hero;

I am not, I am without, I never was.



Oh, how you’ve scared my soul;

Now you terrify me;

With all this love crammed in this box, and worthless confined;

I guess it’s just my luck that I don’t know how to love;

But only to ruin everything i’ve ever known, all these things.



I was living a lie;

Now i’m dying to know the truth;

I’m sorry I made it hard for you to breathe;

And something makes me believe that the finale will be something to see;
