Atwood and Frye

I've read Oryx and Crake for my English class, and for my essay, I intend on analyzing the work with Frye's theories from The Educated Imagination which I studied in my literature class.
If anyone has read Oryx and Crake, or especially both, I would really appreciate some feedback.
For my thesis I was thinking about either Snowman's need to make his surroundings "human" as Frye claims is innate in human nature. Or something about the loss and regaining of identity which Frye claims is the main archetype of every story. I don't know.
But when my teacher found out I'd read Frye, he told me I should incorporate that into my essay, so that's what I'm going to try to do.
Alternately, I could compare it with Alias Grace which we studied as a class. Any feedback would be great!!

I could help you on Alias Grace - I haven't yet read Onyx and Crake, but I can compare the conclusion to the Introduction to the Literary History in Canada and Alias Grace quite well. Generally, if you read Atwood's Survival, you can see exactly how she took Frye into her own writing. The theme of survival has been, essentially, borrowed from Frye's Garrison Mentality + perceptions of "Where is here" as seen in the collection The Bush garden.

That's kind of a neat concept. I didn't know that.
The thing is though that I meant I could compare Alias Grace with Oryx and Crake as a last resort if the Frye thing doesn't work out. It has to be Oryx and Crake though. I already wrote my Alias Grace essay.
