I am, in this strictest sense of the word -- I know some basics, and can create sounds resembling music-- and the instrument I love to play is the bass!
And, recently, someone at my school succeeded in fabricating one out of metal, and it is really cool looking and sounding!
On that note, if you were an artist who decided to "redo" something, what would you make, and how would it differ from the original?

I'll put a liiiiiittle more colour on the Mona Lisa...maybe some dark blue somewhere, like on her clothing, to compliment all the brown in the painting.
