Poetic Passions, happy birthday! I enjoyed reading your interview.
I have heard of "ubuntu," that sounds really nice. I would like to go to South Africa sometime, I have thought of living there. Don't know how likely, though.

but yeah, SA is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to/seen. It has mountains, beaches, to colliding oceans, hills, very diverse flaura and faund, and wonderful animals running around... ostriches, baboons, penguins... it's quite magical. Maybe we can meet there someday...wouldn't that be splendid!?![]()

Happy Birthday PoeticPassion. Sorry I'm late.
Nice interview. Got a kick out of this:
List some of the things that annoy you immensely
Everything. I am cantankerous and dyspeptic.I guess I may be the same.
Hope you had a good one.

Thanks, Virgil!!I had a great birthday yesterday... a wonderful gift was received as well, but also spending time with my family was great. Tonight is part II of the clebration... involving friends and a lot of alcohol
ahhh youth... it rarely gets old, you know? Though usually youthful individuals are not so dyspeptic as I am. I think my actual age might be 87...
hope you are doing well!

Ahh youth. I know.I wish I was your age. Actually I have always said mid twenties is the best time of life. Still youthfully stupid but now one is probably earning money and can really be stupid.

Happy Belated Poetic!!
I'm weary with right-angles, abbreviated daylight,
Waiting for a winter to be done.
Why do I still see you in every mirrored window,
In all that I could never overcome?
Happy Birthday!
