    Cave

    The One broke the chains.
The One could not resign himself
To the shadows and the echoes.
And He has been predestined to break the chains,
And He has been called to the Sun’s rite,
He came out of the darkness,
Alighted on the territory of the Sun.
    He was chosen,
    And complied with the Sun
    To see, to hear,
    And feel by the heart,
    The whole Light and Truth.

And He was asked to return
Into the heart of the darkness,
    To break the chains
    With Light and Truth.
    He went.
    But returned never.
Art is a lie that leads to the truth.

I like this one! Very dramatic - at first I thought it was referring to Jesus but then I saw that it couldn't be. But I still enjoyed it very much.
"The time has come," the Walrus said,
    "To talk of many things:
    Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax--
    Of cabbages--and kings--
And why the sea is boiling hot--
    And whether pigs have wings."

Thank you very much! Happy to hear that.
I did not think about Jesus when I wrote it, this one is a kind of savior that can be defined by even Jesus or other saviors in any religion. I got the impression from Plato's Cave! This is the translation of a poem I wrote in Persian, and I think it could be better but anyway.

    This is mystifying.

“Those who seek to satisfy the mind of man by hampering it with ceremonies and music and affecting charity and devotion have lost their original nature””

“If water derives lucidity from stillness, how much more the faculties of the mind! The mind of the sage, being in repose, becomes the mirror of the universe, the speculum of all creation.

Thank you for reading that. And why mystifying? I mean I accept that but can you explain more about your opinion of this poem?
