I'm definately going to need a chiropractor after ths visit. I need a bigger place so I can get a sofa bed. (I'm still debating house vs. apartment question)

    I love futons!

A small house with character. If I couldnt get that i'd go for a two bed apartment, thats roomy, but not open planned.

Almost missed it and it was all because the flight attendant gave me a tag with wrong gate number (it was a transit flight)!!!

I have had to make mad dashes across Charles De whatsit in Paris with hiking boots in one hand coat, scarf and jumpre in the other and boarding pass between my teeth though.(less than 1hr between flights and this was when it took over 40 minutes to get from one gate to another and you had to go up and down flights of stairs and catch a bus and go through endless check points and people just dont move fast enough!! )

Charles De Gaulle (sp?) is reputed for rediculous between flight times. One hour to get from one terminal to another. thick.

Well to be fair when the connecting tunnel isn't collapsed ( I belive it has finally be reopened since I last went through) it takes about 20 minutes to get from one terminal to another and and that is if you aren't running.

Hey, how bout that long walk to reach the gate at Dublin airport?
So far, the airport that amazed me most is the Budapest international airport. The intra-Europe flight schedule is so very busy for such small airport.

    I know, right?

    Hey, Bad.

ok, the missing the flight was not me!! I was meeting my best freind for a shopping and drinking weekend, she missed the flight and had to take a later one.

Actually in Mexico I almost missed our flight, apparently they announced a gate change and none of us heard it and as we were standing in line to board somebody mentioned that the plane was not the airline we were booked on, we all kinda shrugged and kept standing in line until a man with a bull horn came around calling our names. We had to run to the other gate. We didn't even take our seats before the plane starting parting from the runway.

No, a friend of mine at work actually flew into the wrong city. His business trip was to Richland, Washington, and he was to fly into Tricity Airport, and the tri cities are made up of Richland, Kinnewick, and Pasco, but for some reason he thought Spokane was part of Tri Cities. So he made his itinerary for Spokane and when he goes to the rental car in Spokane and asks for directions to Richland and told him it was 200 miles south (or something like that) he was shocked and then they told him where he was supposed to fly into, he broke down laughing. He had a long trip back and forth to the airport. That must of have been 18 years ago and he's never lived it down since.
