    You mean how to upload one? Happy to oblige: Click USER CP on the top of the page menu bar. On the left side menu that opens you will find both EDIT PROFILE PICTURE, which is exactly what it sounds like (a picture for your profile), and EDIT AVATAR, which is the picture that will be seen next to your posts.
